This is in very good to excellent condition.  This is from a smoke free home.
The primary wear is on the inside covers with the clear tape and surface tears.
There is also a name written on the inside cover.  These are all shown in pictures #7-9.
Other than that, nothing else is written on.  Inside pages are clean and very nice.

MINT
] Perfect and essentially brand new.  Extremely collectible.
[
NEAR MINT
] Like new with only slight wear that is almost indistinguishable from a Mint grading.  Very collectible.
[
EXCELLENT
] Lightly used, but still nearly new.  The small amount of wear is likely isolated to the outside cover with the inside contents in crisp and clean condition.  Collectible.
[
VERY GOOD
] Used, but still in very nice shape.  There may be small creases or corner dings, small stains, or scuff marks.
[
GOOD
] Used with some general all around wear.  There may be medium-sized creases, corner dings, and staining.
[
FAIR
] Used with moderate amounts of all around wear.  Anticipate the likelihood of creases, small tears, highlighting, writing, staining, and dings.
[
ROUGH
] Extremely well used with major flaws, which may be too numerous to mention.  While it is still usable, it will be highly evident it has been previously used by multiple other people.
